The Modares Civil Engineering Journal (MCEJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by Tarbiat Modares University.
MCEJ publishes original and high-quality research covering major areas of civil and environmental engineering, including structural and earthquake engineering, geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering, transportation and pavement engineering, construction materials, hydraulic and water resources engineering, coastal and marine engineering, environmental engineering, infrastructure resilience, and emerging computational and data-driven methods relevant to civil engineering.
The journal publishes articles primarily in Persian accompanied by English titles, abstracts, keywords, and bibliographic metadata to enhance international discoverability.
All submissions undergo editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review.
